I am Aliya Bukhari, a highly experienced Life Coach and Wellbeing Practitioner specializing in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I completed my post-grad in mental health interventions from the University of Manchester. With over 7 years of clinical practice and an excellent recovery rate, I help individuals overcome depression, anxiety, stress, and low self-esteem through evidence-based strategies. I connect with my clients on a deeper level and help them to ignite in themselves the motivation and to overcome the fears whilst walking with them on the journey of recovery and success.

My approach is person-centered, culturally sensitive, and results-driven. Having worked for two decades with global majority communities, I understand the importance of inclusive care and personalized support. I offer both group therapy and one-to-one sessions, creating safe spaces for growth and healing.
