I’m Hemangini, the founder of HP Wellness, based in Manchester, UK. With over 15 years of NHS experience, I bring together evidence‑based psychological tools, nutrition guidance, and mindfulness practices to support people in making sustainable, meaningful changes to their health.
I support individuals experiencing physical, emotional and lifestyle‑related challenges, or those seeking nutritional guidance and a more balanced, healthier way of living.
My work is rooted in a warm, compassionate, and collaborative approach. I provide a safe, non‑judgemental space where you can explore what’s affecting your wellbeing and understand how your thoughts, emotions, lifestyle, and habits are interconnected. I believe meaningful change happens when support is personalised, practical, and aligned with real life.
Using evidence‑based coaching, mindfulness practices, and behaviour‑change strategies, I help clients manage stress, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with themselves. Where helpful, I integrate nutrition and lifestyle education to support wellbeing from a whole‑person perspective, particularly for those wanting to improve energy, weight management, manage stress‑related symptoms, or make sustainable lifestyle changes.
Alongside my private practice, I deliver community wellbeing workshops and programmes. Whether through 1:1 sessions, group work, or digital resources, my aim is to empower people with the confidence, understanding, and tools they need to support their wellbeing in long term.
